字幕导出校验失败时会定位到错误字段；无有效字幕或文件格式错误时定位到提示。无效整体偏移不会改动原字幕。打开草稿时显示读取状态，取消覆盖会明确提示现有内容未替换。下载提示仅表示浏览器已发起下载，请确认文件实际保存完成。

Failed subtitle exports focus the invalid field; empty captions or invalid files focus the error message. Invalid timing shifts leave captions unchanged. Draft loading shows progress, and cancelling replacement explicitly preserves the current content. A download notice means the browser started a download, not that the file has been saved successfully; verify the actual file.

工作清单面向个人与团队：个人用来记录方法、复盘和检查遗漏，团队用来约定分工、减少反复沟通。负责角色可选填；工具不评估员工表现，也不做人员替代决策。原有草稿格式与入口保持兼容。

Work checklists support both individuals and teams: keep useful methods, review your work, avoid missed steps and clarify collaboration. Responsible roles are optional. The tool does not assess employees or make staffing decisions. Existing draft files and links remain compatible.

### 更短的步骤列表 / Compact steps

工作清单步骤可点击摘要展开或收起，也可展开/收起全部。摘要显示动作、负责角色和自行勾选状态；展开后可编辑完整文字。复制步骤会保留填写内容，但清除完成勾选。删除后可恢复最近删除的一步（最多 50 步时需先腾出位置），不会覆盖其他步骤的后续修改。重新载入示例或草稿会清除这条恢复记录；刷新/关闭后也不会保留。它不是全部编辑历史的撤销功能。

Click a step summary to expand or collapse it, or use Expand all / Collapse all. Summaries show action, role and self-reported status; full text remains editable inside. Duplicating copies the fields but resets completion. Restore last deleted reinserts the latest deleted step without overwriting later edits elsewhere; at the 50-step limit, make space first. Loading an example or draft clears this recovery record, as does refreshing or closing. This is not a general edit-history undo feature.

## 工作清单与草稿 / Handoff and drafts

工作清单工具支持最多 50 步：填写动作、负责角色、检查方法，调整顺序，并整理成可编辑 Markdown。勾选仅是使用者自己的记录，不代表审核、验收或真实工作已完成。不会执行任何业务操作。

Team handoff supports up to 50 steps with actions, responsible roles, result checks and reordering. Build and edit the Markdown document. Checkmarks are self-reported, not independent verification or approval. No business actions are executed.

“保存草稿”将三个工具的输入和手动修改后的输出一起下载为 JSON（最多 2 MiB）。下次选择“打开草稿”恢复。未填完整也可以保存；字幕导出时仍须通过校验。不会自动保存，不上传。导出的草稿是明文文件，请妥善保管，不要加入密码或客户隐私。打开无效文件不会替换现有内容。

Save draft downloads inputs and hand-edited outputs from all three tools as a JSON file (maximum 2 MiB). Open draft restores it later, including unfinished fields. Subtitle export still validates timings. No upload or autosave. Draft files are plaintext: keep them private and exclude passwords or customer details. Invalid imports do not replace existing content.

源码包包含 index.html、styles.css、app.js、core.js、sop.js、project.js、README.md、LICENSE。MIT 许可，无第三方运行依赖。

本工具在浏览器本机运行：不上传、不使用 API、AI、ASR 或自动对齐，也不自动保存。字幕时间请人工检查；重叠仅提示，不阻止导出。支持 SRT / WebVTT / TXT。简报中的 TBD 表示待补充事实。

This browser-local kit has no upload, API, AI, ASR, guessed alignment, or autosave. Review manual timings before export; overlaps are warnings. Run from a local HTTP server, then open `index.html`. The fictional examples are teaching samples only.

## 开始使用 / Getting started

在线使用时无需安装。下载源码后，请解压到单独文件夹，通过本机 HTTP 服务打开，不能直接双击 HTML（浏览器会限制模块加载）。如果电脑已安装 Python，在解压文件夹打开终端运行：

`python -m http.server 8080 --bind 127.0.0.1`

打开 http://127.0.0.1:8080/index.html 。按 Ctrl+C 停止服务。不需要安装依赖或模型。离线源码里的官网返回与源码下载按钮需要在线官网，编辑和导出本身不需要网络。

For downloaded source, extract to a separate folder. If Python is already installed, run the command above from that folder and open the local URL. Do not double-click HTML: browsers restrict module loading from file URLs. Ctrl+C stops the local server. No dependencies or models are required. Links back to the website require the online site; editing and export do not.

## 字幕 / Subtitles

导入 UTF-8 编码 SRT，或粘贴完整内容。输入及编辑草稿限制 1 MiB、500 条；时间为秒，最多 99:59:59.999，精度 1 毫秒。负偏移提前，正偏移延后；导致任何时间小于零时会拒绝整次修改，不裁切原字幕。重叠只警告，负时间、空文字、逆序时间和段内空行会阻止导出。导出的 SRT 可手动导入口播工作台。VTT 中的标签按普通文字转义，不保留样式标签。时间只供人工校对，不做语音识别或口型同步。

Import UTF-8 SRT or paste complete captions. Input and editing drafts are limited to 1 MiB / 500 cues, with millisecond precision and a maximum time of 99:59:59.999. Negative shifts move captions earlier, positive shifts later. Shifts resulting in negative times are rejected atomically. Overlaps warn; invalid times, empty text and blank lines within a cue block export. Download SRT and import it manually into the motion workbench. VTT escapes markup as literal text. There is no speech recognition or lip-sync.
