ABOUT FORMWEFT

Close to the business site, connecting technology and delivery.

FORMWEFT is positioned as an FDE-type technical service: with enterprise AI as the main focus, extending to spatial intelligence, digital IP, and digital trust as business needs require. We define problems, develop systems, and complete handover together with clients.

What role we aim to play

Not adapting a fixed product to every business, nor just delivering a proposal. We take engineering responsibility from solution to implementation around confirmed business goals.

Business translator

Convert difficulties described by business personnel into tasks, data, roles, and metrics, so that technology choices have a clear basis and clients understand implementation boundaries.

System co-builder

Connect existing accounts, knowledge, APIs, and personnel processes, implementing functions in real usage paths, rather than having clients manually move information again.

Delivery partner

Use prototypes, evaluations, versions, and documents to sync progress, exposing blockers and risks. Key scope and acceptance are confirmed by responsible parties on both sides.

Collaborate by phase, or continuously co-build

Diagnosis and blueprint

For teams with unclear direction or pending data conditions. First sort out processes, priorities, dependencies, and acceptance criteria, then decide whether to develop.

Project-based delivery

For needs with clear goals and boundaries. Organize development around agreed scope, phase deliverables, acceptance, and handover; changes are confirmed separately.

Continuous co-building and operation

For systems requiring continuous iteration, knowledge updates, and production support. Agree on participant roles, working windows, evaluation cycles, and improvement cadence; no default around-the-clock service beyond what is agreed.

Get to know each other through real issues

Tell us about your business, current blockers, and expected changes. The first conversation focuses on issues; no need to prepare a full technical proposal.
