Adopted

Metric contracts, source traceability, least privilege, and rollback-capable releases are basic capabilities that production systems should have.

Pilot

Cross-system read-only aggregation and controlled workflows can be validated under limited data, users, and manual confirmation.

Observe

For highly autonomous agents and real-time generative interactions, first observe evaluability, cost, and stability before deciding on the production scope.

Hold

Automated decisions and irreversible operations that cannot be audited for source, bypass permissions, or lack exit paths should not enter production.
