FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before we start, let's clarify the key issues.

Here we answer common questions about scope, data, delivery, and account usage. Specific resource investments, project arrangements, and responsibility boundaries are confirmed by both parties after requirement clarification.

Projects and collaboration

Can we work together even if we have no technical team at all?

We can start with a business diagnosis, but you will still need to designate a business owner and arrange a contact who can approve data and system access. If you require managed deployment, accounts, or long-term maintenance, the scope should be confirmed separately.

Can you provide a quote and timeline at once?

A well-founded plan can only be provided after the scope, interfaces, materials, equipment, and acceptance criteria are defined. A limited-scope clarification or diagnosis can be arranged first to avoid missing key dependencies.

Is it mandatory to use a designated large model?

We are not by default tied to a single model. We compare available options based on task quality, data requirements, cost, latency, and deployment conditions, while preserving necessary boundaries for model substitution.

Can we start with a small pilot?

Yes. A pilot should include representative samples, success and termination criteria, and validation with real users. Passing a pilot does not automatically mean all production, security, and capacity requirements are met.

Who owns the source code, materials, and deliverables?

Clarify the scope of use and delivery of client materials, custom code, configurations, original assets, and third-party licenses in the project agreement. Do not assume all third-party resources are transferable.

How are new requirements handled?

Record the details of changes, reasons, dependencies, and impacts, and add them to the plan after confirmation by the person in charge. Existing deliverables will not lose their original acceptance criteria due to new ideas.

Data, deployment, and operations

Do I need to upload internal materials for the initial consultation?

No. First describe the problem, system, and data type. For subsequent material exchange, confirm authorization and secure methods; do not submit passwords, keys, or sensitive personal information in public consultation forms.

Will the knowledge base automatically know all company information?

No. It can only use sources that are authorized, connected, and maintained. When documents are outdated, permissions are unclear, or facts are missing, explain the shortcomings and hand over to the person in charge for handling.

Can it run in the enterprise's own environment?

Private or hybrid deployment can be evaluated. Hardware, network, model and software licenses, identity systems, and operational capabilities need to be verified; not all cloud services can be directly migrated offline.

What if something goes wrong after launch?

Design monitoring, alerting, manual takeover, and rollback paths before launch. Support windows, response commitments, fault responsibility, and ongoing maintenance costs should be specified in the project scope.

Can AI guarantee full correctness?

Do not replace actual validation with generalized promises. Reduce risk through business samples, verifiable sources, permission limits, and human confirmation, and continuously observe failure types.

Accounts and client portal

Can I use it immediately after registering?

You can register now and enter your own requirement exploration space. Registration does not automatically add you to enterprise projects or grant backend permissions. Access to formal projects is authorized by administrators per organization and project.

Does 'remember password' save plain-text passwords?

Remembering login extends the login state on the current device and should not save plain-text passwords. Avoid enabling it on public computers; log out when finished.

What if I forget my password?

Use the password recovery link on the login page. The reset email depends on the email channel configuration; if not received yet, contact us via project inquiry and never submit your original password to anyone.

Can people from the same company see all projects?

Projects are not auto-shared based on company name alone. Accounts must be granted both organization and corresponding project permissions to view relevant project materials.

Will my information be public after submitting a form?

Project inquiries go to the backend requirement center and are not published as web content. Personal requirements after login and formal project materials are displayed according to the relevant authorization scope.
