FORMWEFT ORIGINAL · METHOD

Clear voiceover means reliable delivery.

Start from one core message; first complete authorization, spoken script, performance plan, and acceptance design; after approval, connect voice, lip sync, subtitles, and final video tools.

A scalable enterprise voiceover video production line.

Applicable to product explanations, customer education, training courses, digital IP columns, and multilingual adaptation, but it will not decide portrait, voice, and publishing authorization for the enterprise.

Get the words right first

Control the script with one audience, one problem, one result, one piece of evidence, and one next action.

Make performance designable

Set camera, gaze, expression, gesture, rhythm, pause, supporting visuals, and transitions for each segment.

Make lip sync checkable

Use the final audio to generate word or phoneme timelines, and check lip shape, teeth, jaw, and head turns segment by segment.

Make mobile viewing clear too

Design subtitles, evidence cards, key terms, and safe areas from a muted playback perspective.

PRODUCTION PATH

From authorization to delivery, six steps cover it.

Each step can be executed by different tools, but the project contract, rights ledger, review status, and final acceptance always stay on the same chain.

01

RIGHTS

Identity and rights confirmation

Clarify real person or original IP, portrait, voice, script, music, trademark, and publishing scope.

Leave behindAuthorization records and prohibited scenarios

ConfirmAssets without authorization cannot continue

02

MESSAGE

Information and spoken script

Determine the single promise, evidence, and next action; rewrite sentences by breath groups.

Leave behindReadable script and evidence sources

ConfirmPass trial reading at normal speaking pace

03

PERFORMANCE

Performance and explanation layer

Plan gaze, gestures, expressions, rhythm, subtitle emphasis, charts, and cutaway shots.

Leave behindSegment cards and visual support

ConfirmEvery change has an explanation purpose

04

VOICE & FACE

Voice, lip sync, and digital human

First finalize the voice, then use the timeline to drive lip sync and expressions.

Leave behindAudio, timeline, and candidate shots

ConfirmManual review of identity, voice, and lip sync

05

EDIT

Subtitle and final-cut assembly

Keep safe margins, terminology, numbers, units, and sources accurate; output clean masters and channel variants.

Leave behindMasters, subtitles, and posters

ConfirmComprehensible with or without sound on mobile

06

REVIEW

Technical and human acceptance

Full decode, loudness, black frames, subtitle boundaries, and overall semantic checks together.

Leave behindQA report, hashes, and known limitations

ConfirmDelivery status accurate; no auto-publishing

Do not "fix paperwork" for unauthorized likenesses or voices.

Real-person cloning, public-figure impersonation, fake endorsements, concealing AI identity, or uploading client confidential materials to unapproved platforms are not acceptable uses within this workflow.

Authorization before generation

Portrait, voice, script, music, and channel scope must all be documented.

No secrets in project bundles

Record only variable names and vendor versions; do not store real keys.

Cloud transfer requires confirmation

Before uploading client materials to external services, state the destination and retention method.

Publishing is a separate confirmation

Final delivery, scheduling, and official publishing are three independent actions.

What checks has this download package undergone?

The current download package is a method and structure template. The MIT license covers only original FORMWEFT documentation, not models, third-party tools, assets, or generated content. This page's review record applies only to this fixed ZIP and its hash.

You can download this reviewed version's resource package. If it includes SKILL.md, provide it and the related documentation to your AI tool; first read and check the materials and usage boundaries, and do not run anything automatically.

  1. Prepare assets: start with fictional or de-identified examples.
  2. Read the boundaries: confirm dependencies, inputs, outputs, and human checkpoints.
  3. Review outputs: keep source and failure records before deciding to pilot.

You can also select the text to copy directly; read it first before executing.

Turn voiceover into an operational content workbench for businesses.

Describe content columns, character IP, languages, output volume, review, material sources, and channels, and we can connect the Skill to scripting, asset, generation, review, and retrospective systems.
