Map out responsibilities and failure paths first, then connect automation.
This is a process blueprint; it does not auto-import n8n, connect accounts, or publish content. First design approvals, credentials, retries, rollback, and manual takeover.
Five gates to keep content automation under control.
Every external system, credential, publish action, and data destination needs explicit approval; mock inputs and draft outputs are used by default.
MAP
Map process and responsibilities
List trigger, input, processing, approval, publish, monitor, and archive nodes, and specify system, owner, input/output, and stop criteria for each step.
Deliverables
Swimlane diagram and responsibility matrix
Confirmation point
No critical node lacks an owner
BOUNDARY
Define permission boundaries
Record the accounts, data, domains, and operation scope that need access item by item, using least privilege, test credentials, and isolated environments; do not store secrets in workflow files.
Deliverables
Permissions and approval list
Confirmation point
External connections all have business and security approval
CONTRACT
Fix data contract for content
Define topic, assets, brand rules, review status, version number, channel specifications, and error fields so each node knows when to continue, pause, or return.
Deliverables
Field model and state machine
Confirmation point
Required fields, enums, and exception states are verifiable
REHEARSE
Rehearse with mock data
First test normal, duplicate, timeout, rate limit, non-compliant content, and partial failure in an isolated environment, verifying idempotency, retry, rollback, and manual takeover.
Deliverables
Testing records and failure drills
Confirmation point
Failures won't be sent mistakenly, repeatedly, or lose evidence
OPERATE
Controlled launch and monitoring
Launch with low traffic, set thresholds for cost, frequency, error rate, and publish volume, keep logs, alerts, stop buttons, and regular credential rotation.
Deliverables
Operations manual and monitoring table
Confirmation point
Responsible person can immediately pause and resume processes
FIXED RELEASE
Blueprint won't automatically connect or execute n8n
FORMWEFT clean-room original document-type Skill. MIT covers only the original documents in this package; current fixed hash contains no scripts, dependencies, or installation hooks. Only after user approves specific domains and permissions, implementation phase may optionally go online.

You can download this reviewed version's resource package. If it includes SKILL.md, provide it and the related documentation to your AI tool; first read and check the materials and usage boundaries, and do not run anything automatically.
Prepare assets: start with fictional or de-identified examples.
Read the boundaries: confirm dependencies, inputs, outputs, and human checkpoints.
Review outputs: keep source and failure records before deciding to pilot.
You can also select the text to copy directly; read it first before executing.
This version has been reviewed.1.0.0
Rewritten independently based on the Feishu directory topic clean-room, without copying or redistributing the original package text. Conclusions apply only to the current fixed hash: the archive structure has been parsed, static rule result is eligible, with 6 files and no scripts, dependencies, or install hooks; online boundaries follow the statements in this resource, and files are output only to user-approved locations. Static review cannot replace runtime environment, input data, or later-version rechecks.
