DIGITAL IP / AI INTERFACE

Turn original characters into usable service interfaces.

For brand websites, virtual showrooms, interactive events, and enterprise services, combine original characters, video actions, voice, and knowledge connections. First design what it is responsible for, then design how it appears and responds.

From character recognition to meaningful interaction

Character and visual specifications

Define the character's role, personality boundaries, appearance, costume, color scheme, and camera composition; deliver an agreed number of key views, expressions, or scenes, maintaining cross-page consistency.

Video actions and scene feedback

Create looping actions, interactive responses, and transition assets according to display devices, differentiating standby, listening, prompting, and completion states. A video character is not equivalent to a freely drivable real-time 3D model.

Knowledge and task connection

Connect brand materials, product knowledge, guide paths, or business tools as per scope; design clear rules for answer sources, content restrictions, inability to answer, and handover to humans.

Multi-end and backend operations

Confirm face focus, subtitles, motion reduction, and loading strategies separately for desktop and mobile; integrate character copy, assets, entries, and knowledge updates into backend management.

Start with a clear character brief

Client preparation

Provide brand guidelines, audience and scenarios, tasks the character needs to complete, forbidden expressions, authorized materials, and the target webpage, showroom, or device conditions.

Deliverables

Deliver character settings, visual and video assets, interaction states, frontend experience, necessary knowledge or interface connections, backend configuration, and usage instructions as agreed.

Rights and boundaries

Confirm usage conditions for original materials, references, fonts, voice, models, and third-party services. Do not default to copying existing commercial characters, nor create endorsement images with unauthorized real people.

Must be attractive and fully usable

Visual consistency

Check face, costume, material, and proportions across different shots, and inspect details like looping seams, hands, and lip sync; ensure the face and key actions are not cropped at the agreed sizes.

Interaction completeness

Verify mouse, touch, and keyboard triggers and feedback; do not make the entire page a mis-touch area; content should remain readable and tasks completable when motion is paused.

Content and performance

Verify answer boundaries, sources, handover to humans, and exception prompts, while checking video loading, mobile networks, and resource degradation; real-time conversation and low-latency voice need separate end-to-end testing.

Digital IP FAQ

Can a video avatar directly become a real-time digital human?

Not automatically equivalent. Pre-rendered videos are suitable for high-quality display; real-time speech, lip sync, motion, and 3D driving require additional model, interaction, and performance design.

Can I skip AI Q&A for now?

Yes. First use character videos, interactive feedback, and guide links to create a brand experience, then add knowledge Q&A or business tools after validating the use case.

Can one character be used across multiple channels?

Yes, it can be planned by scope, but it needs to be adapted for landscape/portrait, resolution, subtitles, safe areas, and platform requirements, while confirming that material and voice authorization covers the corresponding channels.
