SCENARIO BLUEPRINTS
The following are solution blueprints for requirement discussions, not completed client cases. The actual scope depends on existing processes, data permissions, target devices, and verifiable business benefits.
View integrated systems, business outputs, and mandatory human boundaries from six types of workbenches.
Covers customer acquisition, marketing, orders, finance, customer service, knowledge, and software engineering tasks.
View Workbench BlueprintEnable enterprise engineers to participate in real system building and complete capability review and internal handover.
View Training PathsEach scenario lists task chains, required materials, deliverables, and acceptance boundaries to help teams turn ideas into discussable requirements.
Enable customer service reps to find supporting information quickly, check orders, and route tickets - while complex or high-risk actions go back to humans.
See client service blueprintConnect policies, reports, and system lookups to cut repetitive work in finding materials, verifying data, and tracking processes.
See operations blueprintLink client research, meeting notes, follow-up drafts, and CRM updates, while keeping manual approval for external communications.
See sales blueprintPut role steps, typical exceptions, and feedback mechanisms into an interactive space, recording learning progress and supporting content updates.
See training blueprintTasks suitable for the first phase are usually repetitive, have relatively clear rules, have available data, and have an owner willing to participate in validation.
Break big needs into specific tasks - for example, checking shipment status from an order number, finding applicable clauses from policies, or generating to-dos from meeting notes. The clearer the task boundaries, the more feasible the evaluation.
Record current processing time, rework reasons, manual handoffs, and failure samples. Later, verify changes using the same criteria to avoid mistaking model output volume for business value.
Verify which sources are available, who maintains them, who can access them, and whether the interfaces allow queries or writes. If permissions are unclear or no usable data exists, resolve those prerequisites first.
Agree on what errors are unacceptable, when to hand off to humans, and what evidence is insufficient to justify continued investment. A pilot can also conclude that it is not time to proceed.
Link marketing, sales, orders, and business reviews into one traceable data chain.
See the delivery scope for acquisition, dashboards, business reports, attribution reconciliation, and order summaries.
View growth scenariosFirst, check the Client portal for authorization, data sources, metrics, and technical conditions.
