SERVICES / FDE
We are a custom enterprise service team, not selling a generic AI account. We combine diagnostic, development, integration, and operation capabilities based on business goals, data conditions, and existing systems.
You can start with a clear phase or continuously co-build around the same business goal. The specific scope, duration, and investment will be confirmed after a requirement diagnostic.

View trusted collaboration servicesYou don't need to decide on a model, tech stack, or whether blockchain is required first. First, determine which stage your business is in.
Start with a diagnosis. Pick the three processes that take the most time or are most error-prone, the roles involved, and existing business metrics to first confirm a problem worth solving.
Start with system co-building. Inventory login permissions, data interfaces, manual approval points, and exception paths to turn the demo into a complete task chain.
Start with operations and governance. Sort out failure samples, delays, usage, costs and complaints, and establish evaluation thresholds and daily responsible persons.
Start with one user task path. First verify target devices, interaction actions and content update methods, then add scenarios, roles and visual details.
Agree on goals, deliverables, dependencies and acceptance evidence before start. Scope changes are recorded for their impact on time, resources and acceptance.
Business owners, representative samples, authorized test access to necessary systems, content and data owners, and real users who can participate in acceptance. Do not submit passwords, keys or unauthorized personal data in initial consultation.
Deliver solutions, runnable systems, configurations or code, test records, operation instructions and handover training per confirmed scope; third-party software, cloud resources and model fees are explained separately.
First record the current baseline, then verify correctness, task completion, permissions and failure handling using agreed samples. Acceptance thresholds are set by scenario, not replaced by a unified accuracy promise.

Yes. You can choose diagnostics, knowledge base, digital human, spatial prototype, or existing system governance only. Dependencies and exclusions for this phase will be clarified before starting.
Private, cloud, or hybrid deployment can be assessed based on data, network, performance, and budget conditions. Hardware capacity, model licenses, and external service limitations need actual verification.
We need to confirm business goals, number of users and roles, data and interface conditions, target devices, delivery scope, and time constraints. If information is insufficient, we will first clarify the scope and will not provide fixed commitments without conditions.
